Every year around this time, after the conclusion of the collegiate football season and the height of March Madness the question I always hear posed is, should NCAA athletes be paid? Predicting Artists

As of late I have become very interested in both machine learning and computer vision. While thinking of a project to work on both of these skills I thought it would be interesting to build a program that would be able to predict an artist based on a painting. I have become pretty comfortable using Sci-Kit Learn for machine learning, but wasnt sure the best route to go for the vision portion of this project.
